She voted to authorize force based on intel she never even read for either one of 2 reasons:
1)total gutless cowardice(i.e. go along to get along)or:
2)She actually supported the war at the time and is now embarrassed that it went badly.
She did it for the most cynical reason possible- to make herself look "tough" for her presidential run.
She was willing to send soldiers to their death to polish up her image.
